It was a pleasure to listen to some of his ideas, tips, and tactics on detecting psychosocial hazards and how to tackle them. Hearing his advice, we’re even more convinced that creating a psychologically safe environment leads to better performance, protects employees from psychosomatic diseases, and lowers the rates of absenteeism and presenteeism.
