In this session, we hosted dr. Amit Sood, MD, our long-term partner and executive director of the Global Center for Resiliency and Wellbeing and author of the Resilient Option program. Dr. Sood shared his vast experiences in treating and preventing burnout and improving the resilience within an organization. It was a pleasure to listen to some of his ideas, tips, and tactics on detecting psychosocial hazards and how to tackle them. Hearing his advice, we’re even more convinced that creating a psychologically safe environment leads to better performance, protects employees from psychosomatic diseases, and lowers the rates of absenteeism and presenteeism. This exciting debate will equip any human resource expert and leader with ideas on managing stress and other psychosocial risk factors.
