Always thinking about how to support our partners in strengthening and developing their companies’ wellbeing, we have come to the conclusion that it is best to share our knowledge with your employees right when they need it. That is why we have introduced a new format of knowledge sharing through our Workplace Workshops.

In each Workplace Workshop, our experts challenge a core component of corporate success and share their insights on how to better succeed as an employee. From stress management, goal setting, physical activity to nutrition, and many more topics that influence the corporate wellbeing and achieving success. Held through Zoom the format of our Workplace Workshop allows the participants to ask questions, join in the debate, and feel included in the knowledge process.

WORKPLACE WORKSHOP

Our Workplace Workshop - How to tackle stress in these times, will be focusing on how to improve the resilience of employees in COVID-19 times. Together with our expert Eva Kovač, organizational and performance psychologist, we will go through the concept of stress management outlining the tips and tactics on how to build resiliency, become more productive and avoid stress as an employee in your everyday work routine.
