Together we discussed how to form a supportive environment for employees returning to offices and work after COVID-19 and shared experiences on what kind of measures should be part of every return to work strategy to empower employees, both remote and in-office, to better manage their own health and well-being. The webinar focused on the importance of empathy, employers’ compassion, and how to address employees’ emotional well-being and mental health.

Vik Bangia

Vik is the CEO and Founder of Verum Consulting, LLC, a company providing a host of corporate real estate consulting services, including CRE outsourcing solutions support strategy and operations, and training & development services. He has a 25+ year background in corporate real estate, real estate outsourcing, best practices, strategic planning and workflow, and process improvement. Vik led the global corporate real estate function at Fortune 500 firms Unocal Corporation and Ameriprise Financial and has held senior leadership positions at real estate service provider companies such as Realogy, CresaPartners, United Properties/Northmarq, Struxicon.com, and CBRE. He also served on the Global Board of Directors of CoreNet from 2015-2018.
He has been involved in corporate real estate and is a regular speaker at corporate real estate industry events. He frequently writes on LinkedIn and various industry publications, and he is a multi-year, award-winning, top-rated faculty member of CoreNet Global’s Executive Development Programs. He is also a member of IFMA and the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). Vik has an MBA from Pepperdine University in California and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma. He also holds the CoreNet Global, Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) professional designation.

Eva is also a guest speaker at many international conferences on psychology-related topics. She is a stress management facilitator for many global organizations like Apollo Hospitals, Tata Motors, Tata Consultancy Services, NSIC, AIMA, Roseate Hotels, and many others and leads their employee well-being programs.
