In the first two weeks lose up to 2.7 to 4.5 kilograms in a safe and healthy way

In the weeks following have a steady weight loss of 0.5 to 1 kg a week

HOW IT WORKS

The program combines 2 phases Lose it! and Live it! In the Lose it! phase you jump into a 2-week boot camp focused on steering you away from bad habits and educates you about the 15 healthy habits that can take you to your healthy weight goal. Being motivated by this quick win you then continue into a longterm Live it! phase where you will follow a weight loss program designed especially for you. You will get a detailed meal and cardio workout plan that will help you guide you to a steady weight loss. In both phases, you will receive healthy tips and quizzes helping you to educate about your healthy lifestyle.
